Milo has taken an unconventional path to building. He is one of the few people in the world with a GED (from Wyoming) and a PhD in Statistics. While he was a PhD student, he serendipitously discovered that working with his hands was rejuvenating and balancing for his nervous system.

The experience of peace and quiet that came with building lit him up, and from then on he always had a major building project to balance out his statistical/theoretical/software development work.

He lives in Fort Collins with his wife and two children and concurrently runs Breakthrough Analytics.
