Circle Pocket Door

Here is another delightful project and creative use of space, where I created separate rooms for two children with a fun, unique access between them. Each room had its own twin-sized bed (one above and one below). I glued together birch to make a wide enough solid door, cut out the circle, and modified barn door hardware to create a pocket door effect.

This was built to be free-standing and temporary while the children were small, and it has already been taken down.
